Responsbilities

• Lead design and architecture of Java and OpenText ECM Projects Implementation
• Lead technical solution in OpenText bids/proposals.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
• Candidate must be an OpenText-certified resource.
• Candidate must be PMP and Agile Scrum certified.
• Minimally 16+ years of working experience in the design and architecture of OpenText ECM project implementation.
• Working experience with one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance
• Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments.
• Good understanding of internet protocols, network and application security methods.

Responsibilities

As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to offer expert guidance and support across a spectrum of projects, ranging from minor enhancements to significant multi-year initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and supporting the SAP system through key upcoming projects, including system migrations, and facilitating the integration of new functionalities into the SAP landscape to support business initiatives.

• Serve as a knowledge resource for HANA environments, SAP R/3 4.7, ECC 607, BW 7.0, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portals capabilities, and best practices.
• Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions, such as software installation and setup, enhancement pack and support pack installation and upgrades, performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity management, adhering to enterprise standards and leveraging best operating practices.
• Actively participate in SAP infrastructure design, encompassing server, storage, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Support SAP Landscape strategy, including client copies and system refreshes.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, covering specifications, requirement summaries, logical system design documents, state diagrams, and test scripts.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization.
• Respond to system problems on a 24x7 basis, participating in on-call rotation.
• Assist with change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or problems across the SAP landscape.
• Collaborate with database administration resources in HANA, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle environments.
• Collaborate across IT functions, including server teams, networking, and security teams, to drive solutions for SAP that align with standards and operating plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP BASIS/Security Administration, including one or more of the following SAP modules: HANA, ECC, BW, PI, ERP, Solution Manager, and CRM.
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP Basis Administration and operations.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies, including User Stories, Use Cases, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Tracking, UAT, Systems Testing, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall Methodology.
• Analytical and creative, with the ability to solve problems and develop solutions accordingly.
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience building relationships between IT and business teams.
• Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver 7.4.

• Ensure SAP development, authorization, and integration changes are timely addressed and delivered within expected SLAs.
• Ensure continuous improvements to the technology and processes through proactive review and optimization initiatives.
• Recommend and implement major improvements that have significant benefits to IT or the business.
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.

Industry Experience:

• Automobile, Banking, Chemicals/Oleo chemicals, Logistics & Telecom, High-Tech, Paper Industry, Public Sector, Service Industry, Higher Education Learning (HER).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum, of 16+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
• Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, including cloud services.
• Experience and knowledge in delivering projects under the Agile and Activate framework.
• Participate and be involved in all presale activities of all SAP deals.
• Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new services.
• Knowledge of SAP BASIS details.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure setup such as OS Folder setup, SICF Services, Firewall rule etc
• Expert knowledge in RFC, BAPI, iDOCs, SOAP, SFTP, PI/PO/CPI integration
• Expert knowledge of architecture standards and industry best practices in SAP development, Integration, and Portals.
