Maintaining inventory of food items and ordering supplies as needed.
Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard.
Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials.
Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen and maintaining a clean work environment by disposing of garbage, sweeping floors and washing dishes.
Preparing food according to head chef instructions, such as chopping vegetables or preparing ingredients for dishes
Cleaning and sterilizing kitchen equipment, such as stoves and refrigerators
Recruiting, training and developing staff
Deliver accurate kitchen order.
Assist in orders from delivery platform and GroupBuys.
Maintain active communication with kitchen staff, ground staffs/ servers and shop manager.
Follow all relevant Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
