Responsibilities:

• · Create solutions to complex technical problems in life science, Power, water treatment, chemical and petro-chemical, shipyard and oil and gas plants.
• · Do field/ bench Calibration of measuring instruments like Pressure, Temperature, Flow, radar level, analyzer, wireless and collect data
• · Calculate calibration range, mA, Freq, required output and accuracy before doing calibration and record the result during calibration
• · Analyze and compile technical and statistical information and prepare report
• · Maintain accurate engineering documents

Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree equivalent in Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same field

· Valid Singapore driving License is preferred

· Knowledge relating to Mechanical and Measuring Instruments

· Good reading, writing and verbal communication skill in English

· Technical report writing and able to read the schematic diagrams

· Willing to work at island wide customer sites

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing complete analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
• Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability.
• Develop detailed cost estimates from engineering drawings.
• Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team and client.
• Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.)
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.
• Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered.
• Assist in auto-cad drawings and drafting.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidates without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, servicing, and repair of aircraft tooling, GSE’s, and/or similar equipment.
• Sound working knowledge of engineering principles, GD&T, materials, surface & heat treatments, and equipment testing.
• Candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment including machining, steel and aluminium fabrication, welding and sheet metal work will have an advantage.
• Competent in the use of MS Office applications.
• Conversant with the relevant international and aviation standards.
• Equally adept as a team leader, a team player or independent worker.
• Must be able to multi-task communicate effectively (oral, written and videoconferencing).

· Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders

· Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion

· Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications

· Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution

· Analyse back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations
Work with Estimation, Purchasing and Production teams in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime

· Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role would be ideal

· Well verse in both manual and CNC machining

· Excellent knowledge in fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling

• A proven track record in Quality Project Engineer Role
• At least 3 years experience in inspection of fabrication and machining parts
• Experience in CMM programming
• Able to read and interpret the GD&T print of assembly, machining and fabrication drawings, P&ID
• Excellent IT skills in Visual Basic / Micro / PPT / Word
• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / machining and inspection techniques is essential
• Qualification in welding Inspector or welding NDT will be a plus
