Job Description / Scope:

• To assist Supply Chain Executive to supervise the warehouse operation
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Picking and packing of goods according to delivery order
• To be responsible for all movements of inventory to and from warehouse
• To maintaining warehouse tidiness & cleanliness
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
• To do other adhoc duties assign by Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing warehousing, inventory management, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft excel and ERP system is added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities:

· New mould development and fabrication.

· Fabricate jigs and mechanical parts.

· Modification of existing moulds as well as mould preventive maintenance and servicing or repair.

· MDF machines maintenance and servicing.

· Provide engineering support to existing plastic injection moulding manufacturing processes and operations for better efficiency and technical trouble shooting.

· New mould project in charge.

· Undertake enhancement of existing tooling to improve machine and mould efficiency with the aim to reduce reject rate.

· Execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Schedule for moulds, jigs and fixtures based on job orders.

· To ensure compliance with environment requirements in production

To provide trouble shooting and technical support to production processes.

· Responsible for maintaining the conditions of all machines, equipments and moulds by keeping a routine servicing schedule.

· Responsible for maintaining the conditions and safekeeping of tools and equipment required for maintenance / servicing.

· To troubleshoot, repair and maintaining machines, equipment and moulds.

· To maintain records of maintenance activities and report to superior if any anomaly is detected.

· To record and report daily production output /rejection to production supervisor.

· To ensure all required records are kept and maintained at all times.

· To ensure products quality specification and compliance to the SOP of machines operation.

· Responsible for loading and unloading of moulds including mould start up, setting and mould testing.

· Liaise with engineer for new mould testing as well as keeping test samples and parameters.

· To clearly label each mould and return moulds back to allocated positions after loading and unloading of moulds.

· Assist Production supervisors in day-to-day operation at various production departments including managing production operators and general workers.

· To conduct QC checking on semi-finished products at PIM/LIM.

**6 Days work week
