Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.
• Assist project manager is the execution of the projects.
• Responsibilites for co-ordination with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with Consultants, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub contractor on Equipment & Material submissions.
• Monitor and ensure progress of works are carried out according to project specification.
• Design schematic drawing, layout drawing, P&ID drawing.
• Review and check drawing before submit to main contractor.
• Oversee the overall planning of ACMV works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.
• Support project manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.
• Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works.
• Advise site team for work schedule and technical issues.
• Make sure project is carried out according to schedule.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementation.
• Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures.

Requirements:
- Minimum diploma
- 3 years or above experiences in ACMV, especially in air-conditioning industry
- Able to use AutoCAD or other related software for ACMV Design
- Able to communicate Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years in ACMV Sector

Job Description

· Good learning attitude and able to work independently

· Perform air-con installation works/piping works, testing & commissioning of installed air-con systems

· Experience with split unit or VRF system

· Preparation of service report for client’s endorsement upon completion of maintenance works.

· Attend complaint related to air-con and ventilation works

· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with safety procedures

· Perform any ad-hoc works as assigned

Requirements:

· Min 2 year of hands-on experience in trouble-shooting & service-repair of refrigeration systems

· Willing to work 6-days week / Overtime

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare, manage, and update project cost estimates and budgets are met. This involves analyzing blueprints, specifications, and market prices.
• Cost control: Monitor Project expenses , identify potential cost overuns and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Contract Administration: Manage contracts with subcontrators, track payments, and reslove disputes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular progree reports. analyze cost trends, and provide insights to project stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and ensure project profitability.

• Tendering & Procurement: Assist. in preparing tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses throughout the construction phase, identify potential cost overuns, and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project profitability.
