Job Title: Social Media & Filming Intern

Location: Remote (except for onsite filming days)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Filming Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and filming. The intern will support our marketing and creative teams by assisting with content creation, filming, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  • Assist in the creation of engaging and visually appealing social media content (images, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
• Filming and Editing:
  • Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.).
  • Help set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other equipment during shoots.
  • Edit footage to create high-quality videos that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Management:
  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
  • Assist in analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Research and Trends:
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry leaders to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
• Administrative Support:
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and creative teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Experience with filming and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: Commission-Based

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Freelance KOL Headhunter to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the influencer and KOL community and a keen understanding of various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and recruit top KOLs who align with our clients’ needs and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• KOL Identification:
  • Research and identify potential KOLs across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Analyze KOL profiles to ensure they align with client requirements, including follower demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand compatibility.
• Outreach and Recruitment:
  • Contact potential KOLs and build relationships with them to understand their goals, preferences, and availability for collaboration.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with our agency and the benefits of working with our clients.
• Negotiation and Contracting:
  • Negotiate terms of collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts and agreements between KOLs and the agency.
• Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, negotiations, and signed contracts.
  • Provide regular updates to the agency on progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strongly motivated by KPIs and target driven.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, offering a range for each successfully recruited KOL who enters into a partnership with our agency.

Ranging from $100 - $400, could potentially be more depending on KPIs.
