Job Responsibilities: -
Ensure accuracy of inventory records, monitor and identify slow moving stock where applicable
Analyse ordering frequency, monitor stock level and place orders as needed
Maintain procurement listing, suppliers database and Purchase Orders
Continuously reviewing and negotiating with supplier for better pricing and delivery terms
Work closely with QC to resolve any quality issues and yearly audit
Actively sourcing for alternative suppliers with competitive prices
Administer full document control for the arrival of goods in the warehouse
Communicate shipment details to relevant stakeholders
Liaise and visit with suppliers to ensure orders imports comply to the Singapore import legislation
Handle customs, shipment, and import matters
Handle all related claims & follow up with suppliers promptly
Job Requirements: -
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Min. 2 years of procurement experience
5.5 days work week
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
Good team player, with a strong sense of urgency to deadlines
Meticulous and organised, with an eye for accuracy in document control
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
