Executive – Fundraising & Donor Management

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the planning and implementation of FFTH’s fundraising strategies, including the preparation of a monthly Board report;

· Co-ordinate and assist with the preparation of grants (both local and overseas foundations), fundraising applications, utilisation reports etc;

· Assist in the end-to-end project management of organising FFTH’s signature fundraising events: Passion Ball and Charity Golf Tournament;

- Manage and liaise with stakeholders such as sponsors, vendors, donors and guests

- Prepare the Ops and Admin brief for staff and volunteer deployment

- Assist in the preparation for all the necessary collaterals and materials needed for the event

· Build and maintain good relationships with donors, sponsors and stakeholders, upholding excellent donor end-to-end service journey;

- From preparing pitch slides, sending thank you letters, responding to queries, preparing Memorandum of Understanding etc

· Contribute to robust knowledge management internally by diligently updating the tracking sheet of donations received, grants applied for, deadlines of utilisation reports etc;

· Collaborate across departments to streamline and integrate donor engagement strategies;

· Update and maintain FFTH’s donor database;

· Plan and execute ways to outreach and/or update FFTH’s donors through several touchpoints yearly;

· As well as any other adhoc duties that may be required.

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma/degree in related field

· Some experience in fundraising or similar capacity

· Independent, organised, meticulous and creative

· Good team player with positive learning attitude

· Excellent oral, written, communication and people skills

· Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects

· Great with digital stuff and social media

Job Description

· Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties;

· AP function which includes data entry of supplier invoices, process payments and suppliers reconciliation;

· AR function include data entry of all receipts;

· Maintain petty cash float and reimbursement of staff claims;

· Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules;

· Preparation of audit schedules and liaising with external auditor during annual audit;

· Prepare monthly journal entries for accruals, deferred income, depreciation etc, ensuring all transactions are properly supported with documentation;

· Assist with performing month-end and year-end accounts closing activities;

· Assist walk-in Cash Donation;

· Maintenance of fixed assets register, performance of sighting, asset tagging and updating of fixed assets promptly;

· Coordinate the local cheque and cash bank-in process on weekly or bi-monthly;

· Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;

· Strong understanding of accounting principles;

· Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment;

· Must be initiative, multi-tasking, hardworking and meets tight deadlines;

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and words);

· Hand-on experience in cloud accounting systems such as Xero would be an advantage;

· Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure;

· Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred;

· Immediate available is preferred;

· Singaporean or PR only

Job Description for Programme Lead

Reporting to the Manager of Programme, the Programme Lead will be responsible for developing and managing the BR programme by working closely with existing bakery partners and recruiting new bakeries onboard the BR programme to save more unsold breads so as to serve more beneficiaries from partnering welfare homes across Singapore. This position is all about reducing food waste and serving the less privileged in Singapore. The position would also require good coordination skills to manage our day-to-day bread runs where our team of volunteer drivers are assigned to collect and deliver unsold bread to our beneficiaries, including manning the BR Emergency hotline after office hours on ad hoc basis. You will work closely with the Manager and the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Description for Programme Lead – Bread Run Programme (BR)

Reporting to the Manager of Programme, the Programme Lead will be responsible for developing and managing the SGB programme by working closely with existing and getting more schools and pre-schools into our SGB programme to serve even more school children from low-income families. Besides that, the position would also require to coordinate our team of volunteer drivers who deliver food to our SGB beneficiaries. You will work closely with the Manager and the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
