Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation
and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
· To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
· To report the progress and quality of the overall project
· Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
Job Requirements:
·At least 6 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
· Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors), Indian or Bangladeshi will be advantage
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude
Working Days: 6 days / per week
