Duty & Responsibilities
Assist Purchasing Manager in processing documentation and making sub/packaging & general purchases.
Able to buy essential materials for day-to-day Company's functions.
Review prices and quality of the purchase goods with suppliers and requestors.
Compute and process monthly sub/packaging reports for month end closing.
Processing and filing of purchasing documents.
Check and guide the Purchase Officer/Assistant in the daily routine duties.
Update vendor records and certifications for sub/packing materials.
Updating/maintenance of ISO/HACCP/SDS documents and SAP system.
To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or above qualification with 2 years of experience in procurement.
Minimum 5 years of relevant purchasing experience (if do not possess tertiary education).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
Strong verbal and written communication in English (able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates).
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
