• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Building and Facilities.
• Manage the budget for facility operations and maintenance.
• Liaise with and oversee service providers and contractors for various facility-related services.
• Ensure that the Building and Facilities comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Manage security measures and access control to protect the Building and its occupants.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.
• Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• May require to attend to retail shops for technical service support.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct general security related duties.

• Assist in incident management (E.g. fire, emergency activation).

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant security experiences.
• Possess the Private Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD).
• AED or First-Aid certified, an added advantage.
• Positive work attitude with strong service skill.
• Able to work rotating schedules including weekends and public holidays.
