Job Description:

• Conduct general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
• Prepare and monitor tender documents, contracts, budgets, claims, bills of quantities and site related documentation.
• Prepare the material schedule & cost analysis.
• Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.
• Provide AutoCAD, BIM support in the form of sketches, shop drawings or construction drawings.
• Any other admin jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to work on rotation shifts / weekends / Public Holidays.

• Attend to sales enquries, clarify customer requirements and prepare quotations.
• Co-ordinate installation works.
• Responsible for the collection of pending and/or outstanding payment(s) from customers.
• Prepare daily activity report.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess valid Class 3 driving license.
• Relevant Aircon Sales experience is an advantage.
