Responsibilities:

· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team.

· Manage general correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Support office management for the wellbeing of employees

· Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses.

· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Submit timely meeting minutes, reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

· Validating licensing such as vehicle, road tax, Telco plan renewal etc.

· Help schedule and manage appointments by following up with gentle reminders to clients.

· Maximize opportunities for the sales team to achieve sales target and facilitate future sales.

· Perform simple data-entry.

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration

· Must have knowledge of general office procedures (e.g. filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar management)

· Ability to work independently, meticulous and organized

· Strong interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

· Preferable bilingual.

As a project manager in the construction of a gas factory, your role is critical in ensuring that the facility is built efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Here's a detailed overview of what this entails:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:Scope Definition: Work with stakeholders to define the project's scope, including the facility's design, capacity, and operational requirements.
   Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, including site selection and environmental impact assessments.
   Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop detailed blueprints and plans.
   
2. Budgeting and Financial Management:Cost Estimation: Develop a comprehensive budget, including construction costs, labor, materials, and contingency funds.
   Financial Tracking: Monitor expenditures and manage financial resources to ensure the project remains within budget.
   
3. Scheduling and Time Management:Project Timeline: Create a detailed project schedule, outlining all phases from site preparation to commissioning.
   Progress Monitoring: Track progress against the schedule, adjusting timelines as needed to address delays or unforeseen issues.
   
4. Regulatory Compliance and Permits:Permits and Approvals: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.

• Handle AR , AP, Trial balance, financial statement and management report.

• Timely monthly account closing and yearly finalisation of account for audit purposes.

• Preparation and submission of GST returns.

• Assist operational licenses application and sales report.

• Good computer skill in Excel & Words, preferably with Zero accounting system.

• Any other finance related duties as required by the superior

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of relevant experience

Work days / hour.

• Fixed flexi 5 days work week : Mon to Fri ( e.g 9.00am to 6.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm)
