Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Train new cleaners on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Provide feedback and performance evaluations to cleaning staff on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry.
Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in cleaning management preferred.
