Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audits (Operation, Compliance, Financial etc.)
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.

• Prepare and present audit reports to CEO and BOD members
• Collaborate with Internal Audit department of HQ as a member of Global Audit team.
• Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and remedial actions.
• Strengthen the internal audit function and its process.
• Establish the audit committee.
• Lead the internal audit team as a head of function after new members join the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of conducting audits on a management level
• Experience in developing and executing audit plans and evaluating internal control systems.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards and practices
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor-s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA or CA are preferred

• As General Manager, ICT, be diligent in managing team structure, personnel management, and career development support. Requested to work together with other two teams, admin and HR, under the administration department

Requirements:
Minimum 15-years of hands-on experience in the following capacities:

• Management experience in a regional headquarter
• Hands-on experience in strategic planning which relates to Information System, project management in Business Application, develop, maintenance and operation of Business Application (experience in SAP Public Cloud will be an advantage), developing, maintenance and operation of Business Application Infrastructure (experience in public cloud such as Microsoft Azure, AWS etc), Corporate’s OA (infrastructure business support, such as Office365, PC, iPhone, multifunction device, group companies’ network etc)
• User level support, such as service desk etc. (experience in service now will be an advantage)
• Hands-on experience in cyber security
