Responsibilities :

Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements- Support hiring activities such as internal & external advertisement
• Perform 1st selection of candidates by shortlisting and screening of candidates
• Coordinate and facilitate face to face interview between candidates and hiring managers- Recommend salary proposals
• Plan & drive ad-hoc HR events like career fairs, recruitment talks, etc
• Staff Welfare and Benefits
• Provide support in the planning, implementation, and administration of staff welfare and benefits
• Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
• Manage and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to labour laws

Diversity Equality & Inclusion(DE&I)

• Work with Regional HR to drive and execute DE&I initiatives and activities

Requirements :

Non-experienced candidates with internship are welcome to apply

• Good Project management skill, strong coordination, creative and innovative thinking
• Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
• Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point and automation tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently
• Adaptable, flexible and comfortable to work in a company with a multicultural environment
