Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, staffing agencies, etc
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Assess applicants’
relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,
experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated including conducting and coordinating onboarding training, etc
Offboard resigning employees including conducting an exit interview, etc
Provide recruiting and manpower headcount reports
Update Organization charts and seating plans
Apply for and maintain a Visa such work permit, S Pass, Employment Pass
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Provide administrative support assigned by the supervisor
Undertake any other HR projects or initiatives
Requirements and skills
Minimum diploma in HR/Business Admin or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of HR recruitment experience (either an
in-house recruiter
or a
staffing agency recruiter
)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (
structured
, competency-based, stress, etc)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (
video interviewing
,
phone interviewing
, reference check, etc)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and HR databases
A working knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
