We are looking for a motivated intern who will assist the team with planning, researching, and analysing strategic plans. You will work independently, collaborate on projects, and help develop special projects. To succeed in this role, you will embody independence and rigour. This role will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will provide operational and project management support for GrabFood demand-generation campaigns, including setup, documentation, and post-campaign analysis
• You will analyse data to facilitate decision-making, identify issues, and develop solutions
• You will conduct market research on competitive landscape and growth opportunities
• You will support planning and execution of projects

The Singapore Marketplace team is housed within the Regional Deliveries Marketplace team. We focus on delivering insights to inform business strategy, and optimising the 3-sided marketplace made up of delivery partners, eaters, and merchants across the Deliveries verticals in Singapore (Food, Mart, and Express). Our work contributes to prompt and affordable deliveries for customers, and enhances the incomes of our delivery partners and merchants, while supporting business growth and profitability.

We are looking for an intern for our team. This internship spans from January to May 2025. This role will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will deliver data-driven business insights using strategic and analytics toolkits, including problem structuring, analysis, and experiments (e.g., A/B testing)
• You will conduct end-to-end analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel to translate results into relevant business insights
• You will provide strategic advice on business-critical issues through rigorous analysis and structured thinking
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful projects and manage stakeholders to ensure project completion

The Strategy team is responsible for the Singapore Country Strategy and works on top agenda, high impact projects spanning across all the businesses in Singapore (e.g. Grab Financial Group, GrabFood, GrabCar, and GrabMart).

• You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and People Operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• You will support automation projects, including developing AI-powered tools, chatbots, and dashboards to improve workforce management.
• You will conduct market research on best practices in total talent management and help create a guide for future innovations in workforce management.
