• Coordinate with Operation in ensuring Quality of production’s outgoing products meet Customers' Requirement

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Able to read technical drawings, knowledgeable in MS Excel and work experience in QMS, GD&T and CMM
• Outstanding communication skills
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of QC / QA experience in precision engineering manufacturing environment

· Manage supplier quality performance.

· Manage suppliers to ensure the part supply to the factory meet the quality requirement.

· Manage supplier First-Article processes and part qualification.

· Ensure supplier quality records are updated promptly.

· Responsible for ensuring that Supplier Quality Issue is resolved.

· Conduct External audit to ensure conformance to specified requirement.

· Support Internal, 3rd Party & Customer System audits.

· Report Supplier Quality Performance for management reviews.

· Support product/process qualification when necessary.

Skills Desired:

· Vendor management experience is preferred.

· Good understanding of quality management system & tools

· Self-motivated and deadline oriented.
