Customer Engagement and Support:

• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure effective customer support processes are in place to promptly address user queries and issues.

Stakeholder Management:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of product operations experience, preferably in the internet finance industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale internet finance products and operations.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing products.
