Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting our Project Director and Manager with the planning and execution of projects on-site. Your responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist the Project Director and Manager in planning and executing site projects.
2. Liaise with all parties involved in the project, including local authorities, consultants, clients, sub-contractors and vendors.
3. Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure work is in accordance with spectifications, approved methods, and procedures.
4. Monitor site progress and ensure schedules are met within the specified timeline
5. Attend site meetings and inspections; regularly report site progress to the Project Manager
6. Propose solutions and resolve engineering and technical íssues promptly.
7. Oversee and coordinate sub-contract works
8. Manage deliveries of equipment, project costing, procurement and coordination with all parties to ensure smooth progression and timely, budget-compliant project completion.
9. Assist in all aspects of site safety and health management.
10. Preform any other duties as assigned by the Project Director/Manager.

Requirements :

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Preferably with 2-3years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. A team player with the right attitude, hardworking, and resourceful.
5. Proactive in solving client's issues.
6. Willingness to work 5.5 days a week.
7. The working location is in the West region.

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring the efficient completion of our construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Taking-off Quantities for Tendering: Measure and calculate quantities for tender submissions.
2. Pre-Tender Estimate & Document Preparation: Responsible for preparing pre-tender estimates and tender documents.
3. Claims & Budget Management: Manage claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlements.
4. Project Support: Provide coordination and support to the project team.
5. Material Procurement: Source, negotiate, and process orders for materials from suppliers.
6. Material Delivery Management: Oversee the timely delivery of materials.
7. Vendor Claims: Evaluate and process claims from vendors.
8. Progress Claims: Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants in a timely manner.
9. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

1. Must possess at least a Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, NavisWork is an advantage.
4. Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. A good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. High level of initative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
