Home Appliance Repair Outsource Technician for Homeunited Repair Service

Responsibilities

• Use Whatsapp heavily as operational communication with Customer and Office.
• Check EOT app for Job details proper and double check with customer service for error
• Run Daily Job orders and work independently with Senior Tech online Support.
• Send Google Map share route to customer to notify on the way.
• After Inspection, Provide quotation to customer and execute the Repair.
• Use our EOT Field management software - with Mobile Phone - Training Provided
• Collect Payment via PayNow / PayLah
• Issue Invoice onsite and send to customer via Whatsapp.
• Must have own transport to supporas this is like Grab system
• Make sure every orders given are complete or need to follow up buy parts/product or Complains.

Requirements

• Have a can-do spirit and a positive work attitude to work independently
• Willing to Learn and to Work as your own business
• Teamwork and Good Housekeeping skill for every job is needed.
• Must have own transport
