Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings and specifications
• Request quotations and negotiation of prices with Sub-Contractors
• Calculate quantity take off, prepare quotations / Bills of Quantities of materials and labours for submission of Tender Documents
• Prepare design drawing and as-built drawing with AutoCAD
• Support project team in administrating & monitoring the progress of projects
• Processing of purchase orders
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
• Attend site meetings when required
• Take on additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Building or Construction management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Min 3 years experience
• Must be computer literate, familiar & able to use software programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto-Cad, MS Project
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Mature with initiative and able to work independently

• Maintain full sets of accounts and generate Management reports
• Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts
• Liase with Company Secretary and fulfil requirement set by statutory board
• Monitor & apply for government grants
• Ensure timely and accurate filllinf of all taxes
• To ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks
• Other ad hoc duties as per assigned
