Team Lead/Assist Manager
Responsibilities
- Managing and oversees day to day maintenance and administration of Brand Website (WooCommerce) to achieve KPIs.
- Lead the team to execute website operation task that include product listing, seasonal and brand launch, promotion campaign.
- Identify way to improve the website user experience.
- Liaise with Content and Creative team for blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos and webpages.
- Liaise Content and Creative team for the marketing assets.
- Coordinate for model shoot & pack shoot for Product listing.
- Trouble shoot and resolve a variety of website performance issues to prevent potential downtimes.
- Monitor and ensure Ship on time and solve the order fulfillment issues for Brands Website.
- Lead the customer service team to achieve KPIs set for chat response rate and problem solving.
- CRM and Customer Service.
- Plan and Execute Membership Program.
- Work with Digital Marketer, SEO agency and Social Media team to promote website’s presence and increase web drive traffic in achieving the website target.
- Manage pay-to-click and search optimization campaigns.
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly data analysis and report.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder, with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing website, preferably with the WooCommerce, Word Press and Magento experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a fashion/beauty company is a plus.
- Good analytical
