Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC Periodic Review for Corporate customers, Financial Institution customers, and Wealth customers
• Coordinate between relevant parties such as Relationship Manager, KYC Checkers, Compliance team to complete review in timely manner
• Liaise with internal stakeholders where additional documents needed
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures when performing day to day activities
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable
• Other tasks as assigned by Group Head / Team Lead

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree
• At least 1-2 year experience in KYC Periodic Review for Corporate customers
• Able to link diverse information to build a full picture and spot inconsistencies
• Good knowledge of MAS regulation on AML and Sanctions requirements including KYC, Screening
• Good team player within the department and organization
• Good communications skills, hands on, independent and proactive in carrying out investigation on customers and/or transactions. Able to work with front office and back office

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate services, facilities management, leasing, vendor and outsourcing management and general administration.
• Repair and maintenance for bank’s facilities including but not limited to air conditioning, fire service system, access card system, CCTV, premises security, workplace safety and health, electrical system, plumbing and drainage System.
• Plan and monitor renovation and relocation projects, including physical relocation services.
• Renewal of company car.
• Purchase of office furniture and office equipment.
• Assist in bank-wide budget preparation including repair, maintenance and new purchase.
• Manage and monitor vendors’ performance and outsourcing activities to ensure quality of works meet with the agreed Service Level requirement, compliance, service standard and site visit.
• Liaise with external vendors and building management for sorting out building facilities issues.
• Responsible for general administration, procurement, outsourcing, printing services, office supplies, secure & general courier services, office equipment management, records management services and mailing services.
• Manage contract renewal, insurance policies renewal and prepare proposal for approval before deadline.
• Manage and negotiate with vendors and conduct tender exercises.
• Ascertain proper approval on service orders and payment process.
• Streamline and review daily operation workflow to enhance efficiency.
• Support procurement documentation that align with bank’s policy.
• Review procedure and policies annually.
• Assist in BCP drill and work closely with IT team on issue affecting corporate services.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects / tasks.
• Able to work independently and facilitate co-operation across BUs/SUs,
• Act as coordinator to support bank for leasing matters, manage stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, consultants, contractors and building management offices,
• Ensure procurement process and outsourcing activities comply with the bank’s policies and procedures.

AML/CTF Responsibilities

• Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and Banking policies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent in business administration/management, procurement related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, familiar with corporate services, outsourcing, procurement, vendor management, general administration preferably in banking field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify specific business opportunities while ensuring that new transactions and credit renewals meet the Branch's credit risk acceptance criteria
• Develop relationship management strategy to deepen, maintain or exit the relationship
• Prepare credit proposals/credit renewals in a concise and timely manner while ensuring that the major risks as well as risk mitigates are highlighted
• Perform the KYC for new customer prior to the establishment of a business relationship
• Conduct periodical review of existing customer while adhering to the bank wide requirements
• Assist with AML/CFT manual
• Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures and ensure timely changes are made to obligor credit ratings
• Maintain close and continuous contact with customers and target customers while monitoring the industries in which they operate in
• Pro-actively manage deteriorating credits
• Identify possible cross sell opportunities in order to maximize business returns
• Identify possible cross border business opportunities with main and overseas branches for joint collaboration
• Conduct frequent marketing visits with submission of call reports
• Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to teh Bank business needs, internal policies and procedures
• Any work assigned from time to time by your supervisor or the Management

Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor degree and above, preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience as relationship manager
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
