Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevent work experience in civil engineering
2. Candidate with relevant certificate will e an added advantage
3. Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to co-ordinate with Chinese client and project team.

• Measure and prepare tender documentation and negotiate with contractors
• Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Work closely with the project team to estimate cost and quantity take-off

• Assist in pre-contract and post-contract of projects
• Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
