Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct feasibility analysis and evaluate potential industries and items for NIR application.
· Provide necessary pre-sales and post-sales technical support for both local and overseas customers.
· Provide technical support to the sales team.
· Manage the construction, maintenance, and upgrades of the model library.
· Offer customers equipment debugging, modeling training, and guidance.
· Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to deliver comprehensive after-sales service, including failure analysis, software upgrades, and model calibration.
· Research and explore new application areas for NIR technology.
· Attend trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company, demonstrate products, and engage with potential customers.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in science and engineering, majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy, or related fields.
· Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Field Applications Engineer.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Knowledge of conventional chemical analysis methods; experience with near-infrared (NIR) applications is preferred.
· Ability to work independently, with an open-minded, creative, and self-driven approach.
· Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to solve conflicts confidently.
· Willingness to travel up to 50-70%.
· Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is essential for Chinese-speaking associates.
