The key responsibilities and deliverables of a Relationship Manager, MNC Corporate Banking are as below:

• Reaching out to prospective corporate clients in MNC segment which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India
• Understanding customer requirements and providing banking solutions including but not limited to investments flow, trade flows and other transactional banking requirements
• Preparing credit proposal, coordinating with Risk department for approvals and undertaking credit monitoring & asset reviews of the portfolio
• Originating and onboarding (with complete KYC) new corporate customers and developing and maintaining good relationships with the customers

Handle the recruitment process end-to-end for Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai Branches in collaboration with HR and business colleagues

Track and drive completion of training modules

Assist in tracking relevant insurance policies and their agreements and facilitate renewal in time

Collaborate with different internal teams for submission of required data to regulators through periodic submissions, surveys, etc.

Facilitate the visa process for expat employees in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai Branches

Support HR processes, as required, for Representative Offices of Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka

Job Description:

• Source new business for FPIs, FDIs, FVCIs, covering Custody and PCM (Derivative Clearing) through engagement with own connections and intermediary channels
• Develop and implement product strategies to achieve business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives and strategies
• Work closely with the Singapore team and the India business team to target new custody business, facilitate the onboarding of clients, and promptly address client queries; develop custody-specific marketing collaterals
• Work with the client on account structure to streamline the account registration process
• Support custody product owner in revenue-engineering activities
• Cultivate relationships with intermediaries such as tax, legal, broking firms, and consultants to explore business opportunities

Requirements:
