As a Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking, you will get an opportunity to work on the following:
Trade Transactions
- Maintaining relationship with Branch Corporate Banking Customers for all their Trade finance and Transaction banking requirements
- Increasing wallet share of the business from existing clients and sourcing new clients in line with the bank’s strategy
- Raising approvals as per Branch Trade Procedures for all Trade Transactions
- Raising Commodity / Product / Deviations approvals as needed.
- Resolve queries from all internal processing teams (Trade Services Unit / Central Operations / Compliance/ Branch Operations)
- Be responsible for End to End Transaction delivery
Short Term Loan, Working Capital Demand Loan, Remittances
- Raising all relevant approvals for STL / WCDL / Remittances as per Process
- Resolve queries from all internal processing teams (Trade Services Unit / Central Operations / Compliance/ Branch Operations)
Bank Onboarding / Legacy Alerts Closure
- Follow up with Financial Institution Group/ International Financial Institution Group for documents or approvals with respect to bank onboarding/ legacy alerts
- Liaise with Compliance, Central Operations and other internal teams
- Raise mail/ memo approvals for onboarding/ re-onboarding/ legacy alerts closure
Others
- Process Improvement- Review of Correspondent Banking, Trade Procedures and other PAC Notes
- Resolve queries with respect to Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking and Trade Online Platforms
Transaction Data Compilations
- Ad Hoc Trade & Transaction banking MIS
- Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Competencies and Skills
- Relevant banking experience of 2+ years
- Understanding of trade finance domain and related concepts, trade procedures, STL and WCDL
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
