Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Site Manager, jointly accountable for project outcomes and decisions for work sites.
- Implement and oversee budget control processes, including budget-setting, realization tracking, and forecasting.
- Develop and defend claims in coordination with headquarters, while monitoring and managing site cash flows, claims, and variation orders.
- Ensure accurate financial planning, data quality, and progress monitoring, providing analysis and recommendations as needed.
- Maintain project documentation in compliance with internal and regulatory standards, facilitating readiness for audits.
- Uphold compliance with laws and Client policies, supporting internal and external audits as necessary.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the site project management team, fostering functional excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate actively with the Client finance team in Arnhem, Netherlands, ensuring alignment and sharing best practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in business-oriented finance roles or as a finance leader in large infrastructure projects.
- Professional-level knowledge in IFRS, SAP, and project-related finance environments.
- Minimum Masters Degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or similar

- Excellent spoken and written English
