We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients have the insurance coverage they need. You will be responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets
- Identify and cultivate leads through various channels
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations
- Present insurance products and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok/Instagram, to increase insurance awareness and engage with potential clients
- Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term trust and loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients
- Collaborate with insurers and internal teams, such as underwriting and claims, to facilitate seamless client experiences
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or CFP/AFP candidate preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive and have a strong sense of ownership
- Strong presentation, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Licensed in life insurance and general insurance
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a similar role
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Remuneration includes Basic Salary + Variable Component
