Client Management
Maintains and grows client relationships on a senior level, building organic growth beyond existing engagement.
Partners with client to grow their business through new ideas, utilizing additional agency and network resources.
Assists clients in defining and articulating strategic and tactical programs.
Actively solicits client feedback regarding agency performance, with strategic partners and leaders within the team.
Manages efforts among team members (domestic and international) to ensure a seamless presentation to the client.
Regularly works to increase visibility of team members from other Endeavor groups with the client to demonstrate breadth of value of network’s offering.
Growth
Grow the business in APAC – with primary focus on the Singapore market.
Develops an awareness of new opportunities to grow clients' business and generate agency revenue.
Participates in and/or assembles team(s) for new business pitches based on relevant experience, workload and professional development opportunities.
Recruit, hire, motivate, mentor, and empower a team in multiple office locations to effectively manage accounts and the APEC business.
Collaborate to identify long term goals of the APAC part of the business.
Operate as a key leader in the APAC business.
Business Management
Collaborates with finance teams to assist in their preparation annual budget planning and to ensure budgets and forecasts are updated as needed.
Demonstrates agency value and gains client buy-in of budgets/staff plans across all streams of work.
Maintains overall agency billability on assigned accounts through strategic leadership and relationship building with senior-level clients.
Works actively with other leaders and verticals toward building organic growth of current clients.
Knowledge And Experience
Is recognized as an external thought leader within the Sports, Media, and Events industry.
10+ years in Account Management.
Deep expertise and knowledge of the APAC region.
Deep knowledge and experience across sport, both traditional and digital media, and a track record of and scaling accounts.
