Responsibilities:

• Perform oversight on operational tasks on account opening, KYC support, collateral management, cash and fund trade processing, investment linked funds related tasks including processing subscription and redemptions flows and fee payments. These tasks include oversight and verification of those which are outsourced to the transfer agent.
• Perform relevant reconciliations, controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion of reporting and operational tasks.
• Investigate and engage with relevant internal and external parties (such as custodian, fund managers and transfer agent) to follow up on queries and address queries and issues.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on account related setup and documentation which include SOPs, workflows/processes, KYC and agreements.
• Drives, project manage initiatives involving with investment portfolios, controls, risk management, statutory and regulatory changes impacting BAU processes.
• Provide operational support for private investment funds which include cash management (capital call/distribution), fund administration, monitoring and reporting. Also supporting the investment team on portfolio management matters and ensure that daily operational matters are managed well.
• Perform oversight on key external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of BAU work.
• MAS Outsourcing monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fund accounting standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, UCITS).
• 3-5 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or investment-linked products (ILP), preferably within a financial institution or asset management firm.
• Experience with fund launches, including the creation of fund structures, preparation of fund documentation, and coordination with legal and compliance teams.
• Previous experience in fund accounting and reconciliation processes, particularly within the context of multi-currency funds and unit-linked funds.
• Experience in back-office operations, including NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations, investor reporting, and corporate actions.
• Familiarity with insurance company operations, especially related to investment-linked insurance products, is highly advantageous.

IAG Shared Service Department is responsible to provide the functional support to IAG Group. The Finance section within IAG Shared Services also supports the Income Insurance Group Finance requirements

You will be a part of the IAG Shared Service Department who serves as integral part of defining and implementing strategy based on the direction of the IAG Group. You’ll lead and manage the Finance Shared Service and responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of deliverables in accordance with the service levels agreed with its customers and Income Insurance Group finance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of the Finance Share Service function, which includes treasury management, finance operation (including but not limited to accounts receivables and payables), budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, tax related matters, regulatory reporting for the IAG group and its subsidiaries and share service customers, and drive the organization’s strategy
• Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly service levels (i.e deadlines, requirements etc) to IAG CEO, customers, stakeholders (e.g. subsidiary regulators, agents etc) and Income Insurance Group Finance.
• Provides meaningful and in-depth financial analysis on business performance, cost management and KPIs, including reporting to IAG Holding Company and subsidiary Boards and Income Insurance Group Finance as required
• Coordinate development of business planning, target setting and budgets of both IAG group, subsidiaries and IAG customers as required
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines and standards
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen and optimise work processes to achieve finance excellence.

You will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and optimization of highly personalised automated marketing campaigns and programs using our suite of marketing technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business or equivalent
• at least 8 years of relevant working experience in data engineering or equivalent and marketing platform, working experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua and Google Analytics, possessing relevant certifications is a plus
• Experience with customer data platforms and marketing data is a plus
