Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational arrangements and related documentation tasks
• Support the operations or technical department with various administrative needs
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Help schedule and coordinate operational workflows and plans
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Work Hours : 0830 - 1730 (Mon-Fri) 0830-1230 (Sat)

Jobs Responsibility:

1. Project coordination and site supervision from conception to execution to completion
2. Prepare sales quotation and all relevant project documents
3. Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
4. Monitor project’s time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management.
5. Efficiently manage and work closely with designers and clients

Requirements

1. Candidates with prior experience in Interior Designing and Sales are preferred
2. Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
3. Experienced in Interior fit-out & A&A works
4. Good knowledge of carpentry detailing
5. Min 1 year working experience

This is a multi-position posting for interior designers as we are seeking 2 positions with different experience levels.

General Duties

• Design driven with experience in show flat, residential and/or hospitality projects
• Have good excellent communication skills
• Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent
• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce construction drawing for fabrication.
• Manage budget and deadlines on agile projects

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience (Remuneration shall be discussed based on experience)
• Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Powerpoint.
• Entry level are welcome to apply for the junior position.
