Key Responsibilities

• Work in the Production support team; Provide front-line support for incoming issues to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues, queries and projects
• Adopt standard Incident and Problem Management workflow and processes, i.e. timely ticket, defect and incident loggings, proper change management process, and quality issue/impact emails
• Actively manage all incidents and issues to proper closure – escalate issues as appropriate to necessary teams and management
• Analyse, document and track all actions taken throughout the lifecycle of the issue including decisions made, successful and unsuccessful actions taken, and final steps executed for resolution. Evaluate documented resolutions, analyse trends, and make recommendations to prevent future occurrences of similar issues
• Participate and collaborate with the development team in requirements gathering, clarification, and analyse impacts on issue or users requirements
• Assist the application development team as needed by validating fixes or enhancement to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Embrace standard Change Control Management practices, procedures and guidelines for application releases
• Engage vendor to provide solutions for the stability and sustainability of the production environment.
• Participate in annual DR/BCM activities or infrastructure related upgrade
• Utilize software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources on the Internet/Intranet to aid in problem resolution

Key Requirements

• Knowledge in HIS Markit EDM solution, MS SQL database, Windows/Tectia scripts, control-m job scheduling
• Degree in Computer Science /Engineering or related disciplines
• 5-10 years of hands-on application management experience, preferably in the Asset Management business
• Strong skills in Windows batch, Tectia scripting, MS SQL Database, BMC Control-M Scheduler
• Good team player, Independent , proactive and self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good to have:

· Basic understanding of the front to back of Asset Management operations

· Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment, and working knowledge of ITIL principles

Key Responsibilities

· Support trade applications rollout of changes and problem fixes into production system

· Work with L2 team in incident management and production monitoring

· Work with L3 team lead to plan problem fix to meet TRO

· Implement changes in production following Aldon LME and DevOps process

· Attend and present change items in CAB and CCM meetings

· Analyse production issue trend and give feedback to development on quality improvement and issue prevention.

Key Requirements

· 10 or more years IT working experience in production support role in bank/FI environment

· Alternatively, working experience in development role is acceptable, understand application issue, analyse root cause and implement fix

· Be proficient and hands-on experience in AS400 system and COBOL programming; be able to use TAMIC tool is an advantage

· A team player good at collaborating with own teammates and partner teams to get job done

· Ability to work independently and sharp problem analysis and resolution skills

· Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Time management and work prioritization

· Be able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking

· A fast learner, he/she will need to expand work scope to support J2EE application on open system (Linux, UNIX).

Key Responsibilities

· Be the Tech lead / senior developer to drive L3 support for a new application.

· Knowledge of 3 Tier transaction banking applications, experience manage complex production support for Java and Oracle based systems.

· Good understanding of Quality and DevOPS processes, demonstrated experience in tools and hands-on implementation of these processes in Development.

· Good expertise in tools – Confluence, JENKIS, BIT-Bucket and ALDON for change mgmt.

· Experience working with vendors and prioritize readiness and fixes to production

· Responsible for aspects of production readiness for new systems, engagement with stakeholders and ensure strict process monitoring and controls.

· Focus on right process and change management for production implementation needs

· Hands on need to setup jobs for file transfer and monitoring – ensure hands on work with CONTROL-M, Connect Direct scripts and file transfer verification

· Monitor and manage risks /issues related to system production implementation

· Drive quality and productivity outcomes, ensure timeliness in task monitoring and completion

· Manage overall production stability of the applications, focus on pro-active monitoring and issues resolution.

· Involve and drive upgrade, enhance and maintain systems

Key Requirements

· Prior IT experience implementing large scale, highly available applications or other large program implementation.

· Experience of banking projects implementation particularly in Open systems in Transaction banking ; knowledge of Trade and Supplier Financing domain desired

· ~10 years of working experience as Technical Analyst and production support preferably in trade finance in the banking domain.

· Solid foundation in service-oriented technologies to be able to understand service interdependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered system

· Coding experience and upto date understanding in technologies like JAVA/J2EE, JUnit, XML, RHEL, Oracle, SFTP, Unix, Maven, BitBucket, Jenkins, IBM HTTP / WAS / MQ / CD, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix scripting, Control-M and good knowledge in SWIFT and XML message formats.

· Experience in managing, delivering and supporting file, batch. Knowledge and experience on encryption methods used in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Hadoop cluster in across all 4 environments (SIT, UAT, PROD and DR)

Ensure system is up and running 24 X 7

Support user query or address any performance issue either with users query or system performance

Key Requirements

• Experience in managing large hadoop cluster with Cloudera CDH and CDP

• Experience in plan and execution of major and minor upgrades of Cloudera CDH and CDP

• Experience in administering various services within CDP including adding/deleting of nodes, supporting hardware replacements

• Posses good understanding of external tools integration with hadoop (qlik, PowerBI, SAS and Informatica)

• Experience in LDAP, SSHD and KRB authentications

• Experience in performing POC for open-source applications and tools

• Experience in performance tuning of various hadoop services and support end users in tuning application codes

• Backup and restore of various service components of hadoop cluster

• Certification in Cloudera CDH/CDP

• Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python and Perl, to automate and avoid repetitive tasks.

Added advantage, if he has good technical knowledge of RHEL/Oracle Linux, and Unix hardware, operating system and system services

Key Requirements

Candidate should at least have 3-5 years experience in a financial industry and operate a sizeable amount of redhat servers.

Candidate should have a good overall command of English.
