Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Interior firm
• Working Location: Joo Chiat
• Working Hours: 5 days, Flexi working time (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.00 pm)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Job Descriptions:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Close Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and inventory on a monthly basis.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors when due and payable.
• Check, code, post, and disburse staff claims.
• Prepare, check, and reconcile GST for submission and reporting at the end of each quarter.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
• Maintain, reconcile, and report inter-company transactions.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) closing and collections to minimize bad debts when required.
• Prepare accounting reports.
• Ensure completeness of filing for accounting records (AR/AP/Inventory/Journals).
• Prepare monthly schedules for tax purposes.
• Assist in the closing of accounts.
• Perform general office administration and other duties as assigned.
• Assist HR and admin matters

Job Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Able to work independently
• Good in Excel

Responsibilities for Interior Designer

• Determine scope of work
• Negotiate fees clients and vendors
• Set project schedules
• Research plans to ensure they are technically feasible
• Produce rough sketches and storyboards
• Use CAD software to develop detailed designs
• Select appropriate material for the design and budget
• Advise clients on project progress

Qualifications for Interior Designer

• Proficient in CAD
• Well versed in design and 3D awareness
• Mastery with visualizing concepts and explaining to others
• Experience in design consultancy
• Skilled at inspecting and surveying buildings
• Forward thinking in design concepts
• Willingness to travel to client sites

• To prepare and plan for quotation, design proposal, and project schedule.
• To liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure delivery of projects.
• To ensure projects are completed according to clients’ satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Possess Certification/Diploma in Interior Design or At least 1 year experience in residential / commercial interior renovation
• Ability to conceptualize, illustrate, and present design proposals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office.
• A team player with positive working attitude
• Excellent creative, communication and time management skills
