Roles and Responsibilities
1. Respond to and follow up on all marketing queries from all social media platforms from homeowners and interior designers.
2. Pass out leads from social media platforms to iQuartz salespeople when required
3. Respond to and follow up on all enquiries on Whatsapp from advertisements in social media platforms.
4. Liaise and work with third-party marketing agency to do monthly social media planning for Instagram and Facebook and follow through on execution.
5. Produce simple marketing collaterals (including inserting the correct price lists) for the sales team to distribute to customers and prospects and for promotions/events.
6. Produce and design price lists for all iQuartz salespeople based on directives from the Management. This includes personalising a pricelist for each of the salespersons with the respective person’s name card and keeping the pricelists up to date and accurate. Also required to keep the pricelists up to date with the correct products whenever there are changes to the portfolio of products.
7. Liaise closely with e-commerce team to ensure that promotions on the e-commerce channel are shared on social media platforms.
8. Follow up closely on leads and convert them to actual sales.
9. Build and maintain business relationships with clients and prospective clients.
10. Prepare and conduct product presentation to customers.
11. Prepare and upkeep the necessary sales documentation and paperwork. project sales proposals and presentation
12. Deal with and resolve client issues as far as possible.
13. Work with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services to customers.
14. Assist with the collection of payments from customers where necessary.
15. Perform other tasks as assigned.
