The Tester/Rigger, Engine Services Division (ESD) Operations is directly responsible to Head of Business Unit, ESD.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, rig and derig engine from stand to test bed and vice versa
• Carry out Engine Tests per Engine Manual
• Prepare, compile and back up test data

Conversion Programme

Successful applicants will undergo a 6-month Conversion Programme comprising:

• Support Rotary Wing Maintenance Manager, Rotary Wing Avionics Aircraft Engineer and facility DOM with any appropriate assigned tasks in a safe, complete and timely manner.
• Provide clear and immediate advisory to appropriate personnel whatever any safety issues are observed or experienced
• Able to carry our modification, servicing, maintenance and repair of Aircraft Electrical, Instrument and Avionics system in accordance with approved maintenance data and engineering drawing.
• Assist Rotary Wing Avionics Aircraft Engineer in carry our operational/functional test, trouble shooting and defect rectification
• Carry our wiring and electrical component replacement, fabrication of wire harness for wiring modification, aircraft battery charging and servicing.
• Assist Rotary Wing Avionics Aircraft Engineer in ensuring that the tools and test equipment used are properly maintained, calibrated, and correct for particular work tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with general, commercial and/or military aircraft.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and components, reading schematics and installation drawings
• CAAS B2 License, FAA A&P, rotary wing maintenance experience.
• Familiar with common avionics tooling.
• Salary is commensurate with the experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Maintenance Program (AMS) based on analysis of OEM Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and operators’ reliability recommendations.
• Supports the coordination of maintenance-related certification requirements (e.g. Extended Operations (ETOPS), Certification Maintenance Requirements (CMR), Airworthiness Limitations (AWL) etc.) across engineering groups, operator, and regulators to maintain product type certification and sustaining operations.
• Review and implement quarterly MPD updates.
• Create and amend maintenance job cards.
• Coordinate operator's program requirements on a continuous basis, including management of maintenance program optimization.
• Provide resource management for areas of responsibilities.
• Applies regulatory and industry standards to ensure safety and support efficient operations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of MRO-related experience, with a working knowledge and understanding of commercial airline maintenance programming functions.
• Prior experience in this role with a focus on operations with an approved CAAS AOC holder, and should possess an advanced understanding of OEM maintenance program methodologies and common practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize and structure tasks/information would be essential for this role.
• Required to make decisions to achieve and support the Company’s goals, and be able to work in a multi-disciplined team environment.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Applications and SAP would be advantageous.

Scope : Filling and packing for car wash products.

6 months contract (extendable)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8:00am to 5:00pm) [60mins lunch break], (3 working days per week – Wednesday to Friday for the 1st 3 months, Mon - Fri from Jun onwards)

Transport will be provided : Pick up point at Jurong East/CCK MRT station @ 7:10am, and 5:00pm back to Jurong East/CCK MRT Station.

1. To lead or assist Engineers on field work and oversee technician or contractors
2. Troubleshooting issues, repair and overhaul of equipment.
3. Conducting routine inspection and maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
