Job Description:
You will play a key role in coordinating sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Recommend tailored solutions to meet catering needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing feedback professionally.

Job Title: Billing Officer (ID8371)
Location: Jurong East Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm,Saturday 9am to 12pm
Salary: $2200 - $2500

Job Description:
-Perform day to day billing operations.
-Generate invoices for posting to customers.
-Oversee and manage billing schedules and prompt issurance of invoices to meet both customer expectations and company requirements.
-Verify invoice details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts / quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address any discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms.
-Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes.
-Maintain and update accurate records of billing transactions within the system.
-Provide accounting support.
-Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or irregularities and take appropriate actions.
-Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
• To ensure schedule of the job according to required delivery time, quantity and location. He may set priority according to the following sequence:
• To ensure receive material(s) & review the information on the documents
• To ensure according to dimensions (size) stated on the documents
• After the 1st cut-out, dimension must check & confirm before continue to cut the balance quantity
• Upon completion of the job, use marker to write details on cut material surface, including dimension, qty and code storage location. Also, record reference code & holding area / storage location onto invoice / delivery order for traceability purpose.
• For work order to proceed to cutting need to write W.O. number on the cut-out material for traceability. Then work order return to sales staff for issuing invoice to customer
• After completed cutting press the bell to alert Store man to collect the material
• Make sure expected to ensure cleanliness and perform housekeeping of the store area
• Adhere to Company’s rules & regulations.
• Maintain a high level of integrity.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by immediate Superiors.

Job Description:
· Help managing current and new customer accounts and co-ordination
· Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Maintaining relationships with vendors and customers
· Solving customer problems and help resolve issues
· Prepare and issue shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
· Excellent multitasking skills within workspace as well as computer software programs
