What you'll be doing

• Assist in the review and investigation of Hospital Incident Reports
• Provide secretarial support for meetings and committees, ensuring follow-up on related activities
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for monthly walkabouts
• Facilitate and organise the annual review of departmental policies
• Plan and manage the annual Quality & Safety Day
• Collaborate with external organisations on quality improvement initiatives, including organising conferences and cross-institutional projects
• Support project and poster submissions to external award platforms for recognition of quality efforts
• Coordinate surveys initiated by public service, analyse results, and drive follow-up improvement actions
• Undertake special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Public Health or related studies
• 4 - 6 years of experience in similar setting, preferably in healthcare quality or clinical quality
• Proficient in facilitating quality improvement workshops and conducting training such as Root Cause Analysis, and Plan-Do-Study-Act
