• Manage business relationship with customers (LNG carrier charterers, LNG sellers and purchasers)
• Marketing support of K Line’s tonnage; if any
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

2. LNG Bunkering business in Singapore - Commercial management

• Manage/coordinate day to day operations with the concerned parties
• Support in technical claims/trouble management
• Preparation of budget and management of funds
• Manage regular and ad hoc meetings with concerned parties
• Involved in other alternative fuel project(s)
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

3. New Energy Business

• Support to fuel strategy & procurement group and carbon neutral promotion group in Headquarter.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• Preferably some relevant working experience in either LNG, Oil, LPG or Oil industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Asian Language(s) - Malay speaking
• Willingness to travel as needed

Job Requirement

- Knowledge and network in oil and gas industry

- Engaged in oil and gas shipping industry for more than 4 years including vessel operation experience (preferred chartering experience for more than 2 years)

- Close working experience with ship management company

- OPEX budget making experience

- Market analysis experience

- Knowledge for both shipbuilding contract and/or ship sales agreement

-Basic computer/IT literacy

Job Description

1. Secretarial & Administrative Support.

• Performs general clerical and secretarial duties.
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Coordination and scheduling of meetings within office and with external parties
• Determine which issues require immediate attention, and communicate to leadership
• Prepare letters, reports, memoranda, meeting minutes, forms, and similar material based on dictation.
• Booking and preparing of conference rooms for meetings.
• Making travel arrangements (flight, hotel, transport, etc.), and itineraries for executives
• Logging and processing bills or expenses
• Printing and copying documents as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

2. Support to Business Group

• Updating of vessels’ schedules and voyage record information in file
• Prepares Hire invoices to Charterers
• Prepares and sends remittance instructions with supporting documentation
• Prepares documents required in accordance with financial contracts
• Upkeeping of cash waterfall
• Internal coordination on commercial claims handling
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Is detail-oriented and professional experience in an administrative role.
• Has exceptional communication skills.
• Able to work independently and reliably.
• Is flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities
• Is able to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Requirement

• Minimally Degree in relevant studies
• Minimally 2 years of Shipping industry experience
• Preferably some relevant working experience in either LNG, Oil, LPG or Oil industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
• Possess good communication and inter-personal skills to communicate with colleagues, the management and external parties
• Mature, resourceful, responsible, committed, team player and able to work independently
• Good proficiency in English and any other languages are added advantage
