We are seeking a dynamic Digital Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our analytics platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that enhance operational efficiencies and patient outcomes in behavioral health centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enhancing clinical prioritization, patient flow, resource allocation, and care standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop and refine product features that meet market needs.
• Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their challenges and
• requirements.
• Define clear product metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and guide product enhancements.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out, driving product vision, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology in the US provider Market.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health clinical processes and challenges.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced NLP expert for the Senior Data Scientist (NLP) position. The position will serve as the in-house expert for NLP algorithms applied to healthcare problems and would be responsible for driving the custom NLP projects/ solutions for enrichment of Holmusk’s real world behavioral health database. Responsibilities

• Comprehend requirements for extraction of specific data from unstructured clinician's notes and be responsible for the complete life cycle of NLP model development, from problem definition and data collection to model training, validation, and deployment.
• Work on developing NLP models in collaboration with junior data scientists which encompasses code review, maintenance of code repositories and code/ model versioning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, clinicians, and product managers, to integrate NLP solutions into broader systems and applications.
• Responsible for creating material including model insights, use cases and publications as required by managers, and ensuring scientific rigor in model development.

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science,Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Bioengineering or related fields from recognised institutes.
• Proven work experience of 3+ years in handling NLP projects.
• Proficient in Python/SQL, solid programming skills.
• Candidate with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in handling end to end NLP projects.
• Proven hands-on experience in pre-training, fine-tuning of large language models like BERT, GPT, Llama etc. for NLP tasks like information extraction, NER and text classification.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines for machine learning/deep learning models.
• Good working knowledge of tools and frameworks, including but not limited to TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, MLOps, Docker, Lang Chain Agents, and other relevant technologies.
• Candidate who can stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and related tools and integrate them into the development process when applicable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI and other specialized NLP techniques like prompt engineering, RAG etc.
• Knowledge of best practices in model explainability and interpretability especially in healthcare/biomedical domain.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to and lead projects that leverage our real-world mental health database and advanced analytics to generate real-world evidence (RWE).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality real-world data (RWD) studies.
• Work closely with the client team to identify research questions, appropriate methodology and clear deliverables.
• Write scientific study proposals and reports.
• Prepare datasets for downstream analysis, implement statistical methods, and interpret study results.
• Prepare and present key research insights and findings using written reports and visual representatives to colleagues and clients.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant post-graduate qualification (MSc/PhD in Epidemiology, Psychiatry, or related discipline)
• 3+ years of experience programming experience with R and/or Python
• Experience in epidemiological and medical statistics methods employed in observational research (experience in psychometrics, health economics is a plus)
• Experience of data cleaning and wrangling
• Working knowledge of SQL and version control (git preferred)
• Familiarity with a client-facing, healthcare-related environment is a plus (pharmaceutical companies, MedTech companies, consultancies)
• Experience in scientific writing and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
