Responsibilities:

· Manage full sales cycle (attend site visits, sales meetings, etc)

· Provide sales and technical/engineering support to customers (training will be provided)

Requirements:

· Simple understanding of Mechanical Engineering (training will be provided)

· Preferably with own transportation (additional allowance will be given)

Responsibilities:

• Site visits / inspections for projects, if required
• Ability to design, draw and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Ability to resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Provide technical support to relevant department

Requirements:

• Simple AutoCAD skills
• Engineering background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Plan work schedule, reviewing of schedules, project documentation & conduct site meetings
• Liaise with suppliers and clients with regards to all site matters.
• Site coordination & supervision during preparation, progress & Installation.
• Monitor, supervise and follow up the project progress.
• Manage and supervise project processes during weekends and nights as needed, and respond promptly to emergency project queries.
• Ensure that project and handover deadline met on time.
• Prepare timely service reports, risk assessments, T&C reports, and project and construction documentation compliances.

Requirements:

• Proactive and able to meet deadline
• Engineering background
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conduct necessary risk assessment
• Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Collaboration with relevant site personnel on enhancing worksite safety and cleanliness.
• Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM regulations.
• Prepare safety documents and reports where necessary
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Processes Work-At-Height & other safety certificates are an added advantage
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.
• Resolve issues related to contractual and costing matters.
• Review Terms and Conditions of Contract from client
• Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
• Coordinate and assist in purchasing of all construction materials.
• Responsible for overall project cost budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting.
