- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Jurong Port Road
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday –Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm & Satruday 8.30am to 12pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 1800 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support all the admin and customer service-related work.
- To assist in the day-to-day operation.
- To Coordinate and follow up with drivers
- Arrange for delivery and prepare necessary documents.
- Update and maintain inventory / transportation records
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails and/or telephone calls.
- To assist in general office administrative works (filing of documents, management of inventory, delivery and planning).
- Support, communicate and coordinate with external and internal departments.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
