As a Marketing Associate at Lanturn, you will help drive the company's marketing initiatives, enhancing Lanturn's brand presence, generating leads, and fostering client engagement. Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Marketing, you will help turn Lanturn’s marketing strategy into content, campaigns and events that drive the overall growth and success of Lanturn.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery within budget and scope. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates on project status.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Working with agencies and developers, drive traffic, engagement, and conversion, and manage Lanturn's WordPress website. Keeping it updated, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO are priorities. Prior experience using Hubspot is a must.
• Content Production: Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute on Lanturn’s content strategy and create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia assets. Ensure content is optimised for SEO, to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. Manage relationships with third-party content creators, overseeing their deliverables, and ensuring quality and alignment with Lanturn's brand voice and objectives.
• Brand Management: Manage and enhance Lanturn's brand identity by ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation programs and tactics to attract qualified prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel. Working with agencies and developers, build and launch landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to capture leads effectively. Work closely with the Manager, Sales & Marketing to optimise lead conversion strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and capture key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, in a weekly report to the Manager, Sales & Marketing. Assist in the use of data to refine Lanturn’s marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles
• Proven track record implementing marketing strategies
• Experience effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Project leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to manage relationships with third-party providers for content production, SEO, and other marketing-related tasks
• Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates and SEO optimization
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking performance
• Bonus: B2B, corporate or financial services industry experience
• This is a fully on-site role

The Fund Accounting Team Manager will be responsible for the following:

● Supervising fund accounting team with regards to the following:

● Bookkeeping and preparation of Fund and Syndicate Accounts

● Preparation of periodic reporting to Fund Managers and LPs

○ NAV statements, Capital Account Statements

● Preparation and communication of Capital Call and Distribution Notices

● Liaising with tax team to help prepare tax filings for clients

● Assisting with one-off Client requests

● Joining calls with clients when team members need assistance

● Onboarding new team members

● Liaising with software providers used by the Fund Accounting Department

● Performing fund accounting for new clients in conjunction with Senior Fund Accountants,

before handing over to team

● Assisting the Sales team by providing quotes, joining calls with prospects, and providing technical

assistance

● Working with the Client Success team on onboarding of new funds, and upselling to existing

clients

● Ensuring consistency and quality througout the fund reporting process for all clients

and all team members.

The Fund Accounting Manager will report directly to the Head of Fund Services.

• Assisting to Head of Department where you will assist in leading our team of corporate secretarial services professionals, ensuring that the team functions efficiently and effectively, meeting their KPIs consistently, as they perform their various duties and assist to meet service standards and deadlines, meeting clients’ expectation including guiding our junior staff.
• Liaise with and advise clients on annual statutory obligations, statutory requirements of ad hoc client request such as changes to corporate structures etc.
• Managing filing deadlines, preparation of Board minutes, notices and resolutions, ACRA BizFile filings and IRAS E-stamping.
• Timely collections of recurring/regular and adhoc billings.
• Professionally manage client relations.
• Perform/Oversee Customer Due Diligence checks, following established company procedure.
• Perform ad-hoc secretarial assignments (eg. drafting various resolutions).
• On boarding and ongoing compliance
• Accurate, complete and timely usage and updating of our internal CRM systems, including ensuring continued and proper monitoring of corporate services functions & CRM system.
• Responsible for team companies
• Active hands-on managing, supervising, correcting and training/guiding the junior staff, and their daily output and ensuring that they adhere to our firm’s standards, stepping in directly wherever required to ensure a timely, proper, professional outcome, leading by example.
• Management and responsibility for the proper and accurate operation and use by the corporate services professional team, of our firm’s CRM system.
• Managing, checking and timely/proper closing of all work orders/jobs by our corporate services team members.
• Ensuring proper workflow management and matter management within our team of corporate services professionals & workflow interactions with other departments.
• Management of our panel of professional nominees (e.g. nominee directors/secretaries).
• Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners, as required.

Requirements:

• Possess ICSA or Corporate Secretarial qualification equivalent
• Experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
• Experience in working digitally and working with a team remotely
• Familiar with digital corporate secretarial services, facilitating electronic signatures and handling client files digitally
• Familiar with ACRA Biz-filing requirements
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent client-handling skills
• Good command of spoken & written
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
