• Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively
• Ensure there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format
• Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
• Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry preferred
• Must possess own car
• High computer literacy
• Creative thinking
• High level of self-motivation
• High ability and successful track record in personal salesmanship
• Strong, aggressive personality
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn with Never Say Die mindset

• Developing and increase new specifiers base and business
• Assist in the development of key specification tools that can increase sales and presence
• Strongly influence architects and specifiers to develop proprietary specifications for LATICRETE systems
• Liaising and maintaining close relationship with R&D and Technical department on matters relating to Specifications
• To keep good constant interaction with Architects/ Consultants and Key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved

• Conducting architectural & engineering presentations & trainings.
• Attending and participate in product presentations, product seminars, industrial organizations & trade shows
• Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
• Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction
• Promoting and market LATICRETE product range to Architects, Consultants, Developers and Contractors
• Prepare marketing action plan as required by company

Requirements

• Possess own car but not a must
• Min 5 years of sales/marketing experience preferably in construction industry although not a must
