Requirements :
1.Diploma or above, prefer majoring in engineering ;
2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
3.Able to communicate with Mandarn Speaking colleagues ;
4.Responsible and good teamwork player,able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities would include:
1.Assist the sales team to facilitate operational processes.
2. Involved in handles all sales orders and the delivery processes.
3.Coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders.
4.Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and render full support to the Sales Team.
5.Conclude contracts for customers including the proposal, negotiation, closing, and filing.
6.Coordination and preparation of sales documentation.
7.Coordination of order processing and scheduling between customers & internal stakeholders.
8.Comply with the required workflow and documentation procedures as mandated in the Internal Control system.
9.Provide administrative support to sales team
10.Timely informs/reports to the sales team when receiving any queries about technical or quality issues.
11.Other duties as assigned by sales team/ administrative team job.
