- Product Listing and Promotions: Accurately list new products and implement promotional activities to boost sales.
- Customer Support and Communication: Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, handle inbound calls and emails professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordination and Administrative Duties: Collaborate with warehouse staff, follow management directives, and perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance and key metrics.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and address customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Customer Order Processing: Process and follow up on customer orders, including quotations, pricing, availability, and shipment confirmations.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of E-commerce platforms & customer service experience.
- Strong passion for customer service with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone etiquette.
- Meticulous in providing accurate information and adept problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
