Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing, designing for each project, based on client's specifications
• Drafting 3D perspectives for clients' visualization and comprehension
• Preparing relevant technical drawings for clients and authority submissions
• Calculating specifications and tabulating a quotation following guidelines
• Managing, supervising, and coordinating projects
• Possessing proficient presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Liaising with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and clients

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD is essential
• 2 years of working experience in the related field required for this position
• Applicants must be willing to travel around the island as needed
• Preferably experienced in architecture for private landed properties and interior design

• Address sales inquiries and existing orders by communicating with clients to understand their needs.
• Provide comprehensive sales coordination and support throughout the entire sales process, from initiation to delivery.
• Execute and monitor sales orders or project progress to ensure adherence to specifications and timely delivery.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, serving as the first point of contact for customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints, offer timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up closely to ensure resolution.
• Generate quotations and estimates aligning with clients' budgets.
• Provide necessary documentation and paperwork support to facilitate the sales delivery process.
• Perform on-site coordination and supervision when required.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Graphic Design:

• Create accurate visuals and layouts for client approval.
• Resize design elements to meet clients' size and cropping requirements.
• Propose and recommend relevant design ideas, concepts, and materials to align with clients' preferences and requirements.
