About the role:
- Efficiently sort and deliver communications
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments
- Troubleshoot office-related issues and promptly respond to requests
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
- Coordinate the purchasing and delivery of pantry and office items for the Singapore office
- Cultivate and maintain trustworthy relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Handle logistics matters, including assisting with hotel bookings and flight tickets
- Hybrid of HR Admin and Admin role
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Seeking a part-time candidate to work 3 to 4 days per week, with availability to be in the office on working days.
- Must possess a strong command of the English language.
- Prior administrative or assistant experience is required.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Immediate availability to begin work.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Personable and able to interact with clients, such as for scheduling purposes.
